Back to school and tired. Here's my guide on how to stay in time in fashion. You may be wondering what I mean by in time in fashion. I mean that some trends go out of style. For example no one wears ripped stockings or hairsprays, crimps, and bumps up there hair like they used to ( unless you live in New Jersey or it's Halloween).

  1. Messy Buns
  2. Colorful Streaks in Hair (I have one)
  3. Wedges
  4. High Heel Boots
  5. Combat Boots
  6. Long Hair
  7. Fishtail Braids
  8. Vintage
  9. Casual Dresses
  10. Statement Necklace
Here are some reasons why these are in right now. Messy buns are a fave because they give a just got out of bed, effortless, cute vibe. I had to get my streak redone because it faded but I love it so much, it gives a Katy Perry vibe. Wedges are comfy and cute for a night out and age appropriate for teens. High heel boots are a must have for fall and winter and give a bonfire feel. Combat boots are another fall must have because they literally go with anything (shorts, dresses, jeans, etc), and are cute, and look like you just came from some woods off the Vampire Diaries set. Long hair is great because you can do a lot with it ( messy buns, braids, curly, straight). Fishtails are nice because they are fast and easy and look really cute. I love vintage pieces because I'm an old soul, my statement piece would be an old locket with a story behind it. Casual dresses are nice for school because you can dress them up or down with jewelry and shoes. Finally we have the statement bright necklace, it is a favorite eye catching piece to dress up a piece. Thanks for tuning in and be sure to check out my youtube, twitter, and Instagram.

How to Find Places to Shop

Sometimes it's hard to find good places based on our tastes. Where you live can also be a factor. One of the main ways to find places is the internet, but if you want a more dependable result you could look around your town at stores or restaurants you like and look for flyers that have lists of places to shop that are related to that place. Also look for recommendations from your friends and family they might have the same tastes.

Junking/Antiquing

Yesterday my mom and I went antiquing since we love fashion and antiques from Texas you might think it's hard to find thing in Illinois that match that style. In some ways that is true but if you look in the right places then you'd be surprised what you might find.
